EAGLE SCOUT PROJECT FOR MARCUS AT CEMENTERY UPDATE Next date Tues 9/2 at 9 a.m. and Sat 9/6 at 9 a.m. are the next two days that Marcus needs help with his eagle scout project if anyone is interested. FUNDRAISING UPDATES Our last three fundraisers, were awesome, our troop did very well, we were able to rasie a grand total of $5300 between July 4th, Mayor's Cup and Pizza Kits. Great job Troop 49!!! Thank you all for all of your help, we had a great time! Our next fundraiser event is about having a yard sale for the boys going to Sea Base next year. We have been asked about being given a dirt bike for a "raffle" and all of that profit will help with the boys going to Sea Base. This yard sale, if we have enough big and good items will be around the same time as the AppleFest in Peru in September. POPCORN UPDATE 9/1/08 IS HERE!!!! Its that time again boys! You all should be getting your order forms mailed to your home so you can start selling as soon as possible. We do have some show-n-sell products at our house if anyone is interested. We will be selling those for the Battle of Plattsburgh. All orders are due to me by November 3, 2008. Popcorn is to be delivered on November 22, 2008 and money is due to me by December 1, 2008.
